I have been researching the car I wanted all over the country, and I think I got the very best deal I could have for a late model, low miles used hybrid Toyota Corolla, and more than I ever thought I could get for my trade-in. But even more than that, I genuinely felt like I was dealing with trustworthy people. Every other place I went, people talked down to me when they didn’t want to answer a question, or flat out lied. I told one guy my son was 6’3” and I wasn’t sure he would fit in the car. He claimed to be 6’3” while standing next to my 6’0 husband, and not being taller than him. I walked out of another deal because I just did not want to do business with people who felt so shady. It is refreshing to ask a question and the answer not be what I want to hear, but the truth. I don’t know if I will ever need another car, but I would drive from San Antonio to Paris to buy my next car from them. I love the car and I feel really good about the purchase. I appreciate Chris and Dave who took care of the sale.

I have looked at a bunch of cars and dealerships, and I generally really dislike the process. I do not like feeling like someone is telling me what I want to hear, or dodging questions. The folks at Matthew’s were so respectful, kind, and honest. If they didn’t know the answer to a question, they admitted that. I respect that. They didn’t dodge any questions. They did not make any promises they did not deliver on. They also did not pressure me to purchase anything at all. Not once. I did look at dealer reviews, and I didn’t see anything negative, which was unique. Once I got there, I saw why. They’re just decent people who take their reputation seriously. I got a great deal on a late-model, low-milage car, and they gave me more than I expected for my trade-in. 5x more than the first dealership offered, and more than CarMax offered. I drove a couple hours to get there, but I’m glad I did. I whole heartedly recommend Matthew’s Nissan.

Dominic did an awesome job working things out for me yesterday when I went to the dealership and bought my new 2025 Nissan Sentra. I drove a pretty hard bargain and he stayed patient the entire time.
